Admission Procedure of Secondary Course

The students willing to take admission must provide the following documents.

1) Age Proof Certificate

Attested copy of the Birth Certificate issued by a Municipal Authority or District Office of the Register of Birth.
Minimum age 14 yrs. as on 31st July of the respective year of Admission.

2) Certificate of Class VII passed or self Certificate (as mentioned at the back of the registration form).

3) Proof of Residence - Any of the following has to be attached attested by a Gazetted Officer.

Applicant Ration Card or
Appointment letter from the employer on Letter head or
Water / Telephone / Electricity Bill or
Statement of Running Bank A/c or
Copy of Income Tax Assessment order or
Election Commission Identity Card or
Parents passport in case of Minors.

4) Transfer certificate from a recognised school. In case of production of T.C. from a non-recognised Institution, the registration of the student shall not be done and money shall be forfeited.

5) Passport size photographs

7 Passport size photographs (Black & White for C.B.S.E. Colour for NIOS)
Xerox copy of PAN Card of Guardian.

6) Report card from a recognised school having 1st language, 2nd language and 3rd language (in case of admission to class IX only.)

7) All original documents along with two photocopies must be produced at the time of admission alongwith the admission form. Copies of documents will not be accepted afterwards.
